We understand that the keycap sets include two keycaps and packaging with VShojo branding. No proceeds will be going to the agency. Since the products were produced for previous releases, we are unable to issue a replacement for those keycaps. Please note, there are 2 extra keycaps that you can replace in the set with no worries. We appreciate your understanding.
